Functional responsibilities:
Ensuring the repair of buildings and household premises and organizing work to improve and reduce the cost of design and survey work, improve production organization and introduce advanced construction methods, reduce construction costs and improve quality, as well as reduce the time required for their implementation, participate in the preparation of business plans for technical upgrading and efficiency improvement production, in determining the necessary financial resources, including investor funds, for construction, design and purchase of equipment, as well as sources of financing for capital investments, contractors to carry out capital construction work under market-based management methods, organization of activities and coordination of all services and departments subordinate to it, according to the approved structure.
