Auditing organization

        The audit of the financial and economic activities of the company is carried out by an audit organization on the basis of a concluded agreement.

The choice of an audit organization for conducting an audit is carried out on a competitive basis from a list determined by the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Privatization, Demonopolization and Development of Competition and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, followed by approval of the selected audit organization by the general annual meeting of shareholders.

        Buxgalteriya Servise Audit LLC was elected by the decision of the Supervisory Board of Navoiyazot JSC to conduct an audit based on the results of 2024.

Internal Audit Service

        The internal control system of «Navoiyazot» JSC is aimed at ensuring the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of all shareholders, including minority shareholders.

        Control and assessment of the work of the executive body, branches and representative offices of «Navoiyazot» JSC is carried out by checking and monitoring their compliance with the legislation, the «Navoiyazot» JSC Articles of Association and other documents, ensuring the completeness and reliability of data reflection in accounting and financial reporting, established rules and procedures for carrying out business transactions, the safety of assets, as well as compliance with the requirements established by law for the management of «Navoiyazot» JSC.

        In their activities, the Internal Audit Service are guided by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, by-laws of government bodies, the «Navoiyazot» JSC Articles of Association, the Regulations and other «Navoiyazot» JSC documents adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders and related to the activities of the Internal Control Service.
