COMPLY OR EXPLAIN PRINCIPLE INFORMATION
In accordance with the decision of the general meeting of shareholders, «Navoiyazot» JSC dated May 10, 2016 (Minutes No. 25) made an obligation from May 11, 2016 to follow the recommendations of the Corporate Governance Code approved by the Minutes of the Commission on improving the efficiency of joint-stock companies and improving the corporate governance system dated May 11, 2016. December 2015 No. 9 (reg. No. 02-02 / 1-187 of February 11, 2016).
According to clause 8 of the Corporate Governance Code, «Navoiyazot» JSC discloses information on the impossibility of observing certain recommendations of the Code:
- Committees have not been created under the supervisory board of the company, due to the fact that responsibilities are distributed among the members of the supervisory board;
- The competition for the selection of the best candidates to the executive body of the company was held, at least 3 applications from candidates were considered. At the same time, the company received no applications from foreign managers;
3. The company's securities are not included in the exchange quotation list of the Republican Stock Exchange "Toshkent".
