Commissions operating under the trade union committee of the enterprise
The trade union committee of «Navoiyazot» JSC includes 8 commissions:
- mass organizational commission - conducts work in the collective to develop the labor and social activity of trade union members and increase their responsibility for fulfilling statutory requirements, assists the trade union committee in exercising its powers in accordance with the Law on Trade Unions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, participates in the preparation and holding of general meetings and conferences of labor collectives, reporting and election trade union meetings, participates in the preparation of decisions of the trade union committee on organizational-mass work and monitoring their implementation, monitors the conduct of office work in the primary trade union committees, analyzes statements and complaints of workers.
- cultural - mass commission - contributes to raising the level of culture among workers, especially youth, based on the labor traditions of the collective, participates in the development of issues of further development of cultural, sports, physical culture events among employees of «Navoiyazot» JSC.
- Commission for the improvement of workers' health - contributes to the improvement of services for the members of the labor collective and the medical unit, the sanatorium-preventorium and the Khimik stadium.
- Commission on public catering - contributes to the improvement of the organization of trade, public catering of workers and employees, makes proposals on further improvement of trade services for workers, systematically informs about the results of inspections.
- labor protection commission - the legal basis for the commission's activities is the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law on Trade Unions, and the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Labor Protection. Regularly checks the condition of workplaces, as well as the condition of the equipment in operation, participates in the preparation and verification of the implementation of labor protection agreements and the relevant sections of the collective agreement.
- Housing and Household Commission - examines the living conditions of employees of the enterprise who have submitted applications with requests for their improvement. Participates in the solution of issues related to the registration of persons in need of better housing conditions, in the provision of living space, and makes appropriate recommendations to the trade union committee and administration, controls the maintenance of documentation for the registration of workers in need of improvement in housing conditions, provides transparency in the distribution of housing.
- the commission for the legal and economic protection of the interests of workers - organizes its activities by considering at its meetings the statements of employees related to the sphere of legal, social and economic interests, conducts explanatory work in labor collectives on these issues, prepares proposals for a collective agreement and monitors their implementation, participates in meetings held by the trade union committee and other events that do not contradict the collective agreement and the Articles of Association of the trade union.
- the commission on work among women, youth and on promoting families and schools - studies working conditions in workshops and areas where women predominantly work, seeks to meet the requirements of labor protection and safety, take care of providing women with sanitary facilities, and seeks to improve work and life women.
Each commission that is part of the trade union committee has a "Regulation on the work of the commission" and a work plan for the year.
In total, the commissions include about 60 people.
