Today JSC "Navoiyazot" is a modern enterprise of the chemical industry, which is one of the leaders in Uzbekistan and Central Asia. The enterprise JSC "Navoiyazot" produces a wide range of chemical products, which are used in various sectors of the economy, such as agriculture, industry, medicine and others.
On December 31, 1970, the acetylene and acetaldehyde production plants were put into operation.
On January 7, 1971, the first gaseous ammonia was obtained, and on the night of January 8, nitric acid.
