Provision of all transportation services necessary for the implementation of production and sales plans, with the most efficient use of vehicles, organization of planning for the work of the transport service, maintenance, as well as routine and capital repairs of transport and loading and unloading facilities, rolling stock and access roads and track devices on the balance sheet of the enterprise, organization of the operation of mobile ensuring stable operational readiness of all types of transport, ensuring the efficiency of work and accounting for the results of the transport service.
