Functional responsibilities:
Development and updating of modernization and development programs of the Company, including those aimed at deepening product localization, including a list of projects and sources of their financing, development of an investment strategy and policy of the enterprise, prioritization according to the general economic strategy, consideration, analysis and evaluation of incoming investment projects and their approval if the investment strategy of the enterprise is satisfied, ensuring control over the implementation of investment activities and compliance with the company's investment policy
