Ensuring the rhythmic operation of production facilities and the fulfillment of forecast indicators for the production of products of the required quality and volume, analyzing the work of production facilities and workshops for all indicators of the technological process with the preparation of technological maps and identification of bottlenecks, targeted and comprehensive inspections of production facilities and workshops and ensuring control over the timely implementation of measures in accordance with the issued regulations, ensuring control over compliance with technological the staff of the schedule of training sessions on the PLAS, preparation of a balance sheet on the company's supply of raw materials and supplies to control the correctness of spending.
