"Article 59 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan establishes the proud and responsible task of representing and protecting the socio-economic rights and interests of the working people and is assigned to trade unions.

Work aimed at improving the legal knowledge of employees is regularly carried out by the trade union committee. These include the workshop-training on "social communication", which was held last week in the training hall of the MM and XT centralized service. 

As an orator at the seminar, the chief specialist in social issues of the Republican Council of the trade union of employees of the chemical and Pharmaceutical Industries N.A.Muzapparova and the chief expert on social protection issues of the Republican Council of the trade union of energy workers S.S.The saidmahmudovs participated.

While Saidnosir Saidkosimovich in his lecture touched on such things as general concepts about "social complicity", the importance of social dialogue at the moment, Nilufar Alimjanovna's lecture on the collective agreement was devoted to such issues as the result of social dialogue and participation in collective negotiations. 

The second part of the workshop went with training games. "Conflict situation (conflict)" and "who's to blame?"games encouraged participants to actively participate and perceive more deeply.

At the end of the event, it was concluded that both the organizers and participants were equally satisfied.
